Can you give us a precise definition ?

The ADMR is an association whose business is "personal assistance", with the aim to enable families and individuals who are experiencing temporary difficulties or sustainable living at home in receiving a service tailored to their needs or needs but also expectations of vulnerable people without seeking a better quality of life.

When you take the reins of the association, q hat were your motivations?

I knew volunteering through my father who was deeply involved in local sports and department.

Being much less engaged in my professional life, my motivation is to participate effectively in ensuring that ADMR is a key player in local social life and is recognized for its professionalism.

You've taken since then a number of initiatives.

Can you elaborate?

As you know, our interventions, approximately 180 customers on four common recipients are made by our 29 professional employees that I met when I arrived individually. This has been my priority. In our association

coaching is done with the help of volunteers, my first mission was to reconstruct a volunteer group with complementary skills, to motivate and work by allocating tasks.

Also we worked on the communication we have redesigned in a more modern and this has positively impacted our image and our business.

How do you see the future?

What message would you pass to the people ?

We live with lots of happiness in our region and côtoyons many vacationers are all active work and the many sports, and all are surrounded by several share the joys of life, family or friends, but it is nice to know and accept to see that there also in our common lot of single people, weakened by their condition, which may survive with few resources.
