Hello Mr. Ruggieri

Everyone has heard of ADMR

Can you give us a precise definition ?

The ADMR is an association whose business is "personal assistance", with the aim to enable families and individuals who are experiencing temporary difficulties or sustainable living at home in receiving a service tailored to their needs or needs but also expectations of vulnerable people without seeking a better quality of life.

When you take the reins of the association, q hat were your motivations?

I knew volunteering through my father who was deeply involved in local sports and department.

Being much less engaged in my professional life, my motivation is to participate effectively in ensuring that ADMR is a key player in local social life and is recognized for its professionalism.

You've taken since then a number of initiatives.

Can you elaborate?

As you know, our interventions, approximately 180 customers on four common recipients are made by our 29 professional employees that I met when I arrived individually. This has been my priority. In our association

coaching is done with the help of volunteers, my first mission was to reconstruct a volunteer group with complementary skills, to motivate and work by allocating tasks.

Also we worked on the communication we have redesigned in a more modern and this has positively impacted our image and our business.

But as we finish setting up the remote and start the process on the quality approach.

How do you see the future?

The average age increases, economic conditions are difficult, so mathematically, the needs of human service will increase. But we must

remain vigilant because the management and the services which can not be developed with great professionalism, our business changes, we are aware and we are actively working with the Federation.

you feel supported by the municipality?

Clearly yes. We are an association and our goal is not profit-seeking but the quality of service for the greatest number of beneficiaries. The grants we give the 4 municipalities represent 3% of our budget and we need to balance our accounts. Our desire

especially not to seek the taxpayers through the municipal aid, but to function as independently as possible, as do financial business.

addition we work in perfect harmony with local councils on certain services necessary for the improvement of social life.

The perfect transparency in our accounts, coupled with a clear and accurate visibility of our goals allows me to think that elected officials will respond positively to any additional requests that we may have to make.

This shared trust gives comfort for better efficiency.

What message would you pass to the people ?

We live with lots of happiness in our region and côtoyons many vacationers are all active work and the many sports, and all are surrounded by several share the joys of life, family or friends, but it is nice to know and accept to see that there also in our common lot of single people, weakened by their condition, which may survive with few resources.
